Which Release version are you using (you can check this with configure_edison --version)? Is this happening only when you try to use the freeze state?
Taking a quick view to your log there could be some issues with the partitions or with the services. Have you changed some of the services?
I suggest you to flash your board with the flashall script, take a look at this thread you will find the instructions for the OS you are using.
